Special Features

  • borosilicate glass construction ensures durability and resistance to high temperatures and erosion, making these test tubes ideal for rigorous laboratory use.
  • Each tube measures 6x30mm, devised for precise experiments in microbiology, particularly in detecting outgassing bacteria in water samples.
  • This set includes 200 Durham tubes, providing ample supply for extensive testing and research needs in microbiological studies.
  • The inverted devise of the tubes allows for easy observation of gas production, essential for accurate results in multi-tube fermentation methods.
  • Customizable options are available to meet specific laboratory requirements; us for tailored solutions to enhance your testing capabilities.

Description

Tube Product use:
When multi tube fermentation is used to determine whether there is a deflating bacteria in the water, Durham small tube must be used and put into the test tube upside down. If there are bacteria that metabolize and produce gas, after a period of culture, gas can be observed in the inverted tubule.
