​​Q:​​ Module overheats or shuts down?

​​A:​​ Ensure input wire diameter ≥18AWG for currents ≥8A. Provide ≥10mm² heatsinking space. Use forced PWM mode (ground MODE pin) in high-temperature Settings.

​​Q:​​ Fast charging not triggered (only 5V output)?

​​A:​​ Verify device supports QC/FCP protocols. Check DP/DM soldering. Short DP-DM manually for 9V output on non-protocol devices.

​​Q:​​ Module damaged by reverse polarity?

​​A:​​ No built-in reverse protection. Double-check polarity! Add external 5A self-recovery fuse.

​​Q:​​ Output voltage fluctuates >±5%?

​​A:​​ Add ≥100μF output capacitor. Keep VOUT-to-load wire distance

​​Q:​​ High standby power consumption (>10μA)?

​​A:​​ Ensure EN pin is floating or grounded during shutdown. Prevent battery over-discharge.
