You are buying 2 (TWO) NEW 3/8" DIAMETER by 22" LONG TUBES of CLEAR EXTRUDED ACRYLIC. (Three Eighths inch diameter by Twenty Two inch long) These tubes have a 1/16" thick wall which provides an outside diameter (OD) of 3/8" and an inside diameter (ID) of 1/4". You are buying and will receive TWO 3/8" OD x 1/4" ID x 22" tubes. To assure that you get the finest quality, the protective sleeve is kept in place on the rods while being cut to protect the acrylic. All tubes have saw cut edges on both ends. Saw cutting can cause micro chips on the ends of the tubes as seen in the pictures. Please allow a length tolerance of +/- 1/16" on all pieces.
