  • Pressure Reduction & Protection: The LF25AUB-Z3 1" water pressure reducing valve reduces incoming water pressure to protect plumbing systems and reduce water consumption.This assembly includes a removable integral stainless steel strainer, replaceable seat module, thermal expansion bypass, high-temperature diaphragm, and a sealed spring case with stainless steel cage screws for waterwork pit installations.
  • Easy Installation & Maintenance: This 1" brass pressure reducing valve has versatile connections (PEX, CPVC, Quick-Connect) and NPT female inlets/outlets for easy installation. This 1" water pressure reducing valve is designed for straightforward installation with easy handling and in-line serviceability.
  • Thermal Expansion Protection: This water pressure regulator features a bypass to control thermal expansion, letting water flow back to the main when outlet pressure exceeds supply. It works at 33° F (0.5° C) to 180° F (82° C).
  • Adjustable Pressure Settings: This valve handles up to 300 psi (20.7 bar), with adjustable 25-75 psi (172-517 kPa) pressure (standard 50 psi/345 kPa) for most residential and commercial needs.
