Working Principle of the Permanent Magnet Brake: When power off, the strong magnetic force of the permanent magnet securely holds the pure iron friction plate in place; When power is applied, the magnetic field generated by the coil cancels out the magnetic field of the permanent magnet. At this point, the pressure spring on the friction pad assembly rebounds, and the friction pad rotates with the shaft.
