Reproduction of WWII German M1944 field service jacket. The uniform was issued to German arm-force from 1944 to 1945. The M1944 field blouse was a radical departure in appearance for the German soldier. It was a design dictated by the need to economize in materials and production time. The design was approved and adopted for all German ground forces, including the Wehrmacht Luftwaffe and Elite ground troops, from July of 1944.
