In the grand game of society, where one's clothing can speak louder than words, you would be wise to arm yourself with the Hastings Regency Coat. After all, how can one hope to conquer hearts and minds while dressed in anything less becoming?
Our Hastings coat is a less formal option for the Regency Era. This riding coat, or "Newmarket" (which would later in the century develop into the morning, or cutaway) was a single breasted style of tailcoat which sloped gently to the tails, rather than being cut away squarely.
This distinguished Regency coat boasts a striking 3-inch folded collar and an elegant two-button cutaway front, accentuated by wide-point lapels. Decorative stamped metal buttons grace the lapels, sleeves, and back while the front closure, collar, and pockets feature working buttons.
Shell fashioned from 100% cotton, lining 100% polyester. Imported. Dry clean only. Available in sizes S-3X.
