The non-slip base ensures that the paper cutter does not move when you use it, while the ergonomic handle offers a comfortable grip that ensures an effortless glide when cutting perfect circles. The tool has been designed to be mostly transparent, making it very easy to see exactly where to cut. It is recommended to use a cutting mat to protect your work surface. Use low tack tape to hold down the material if it is smaller than the cutting tool. Loosen the positioner, choose the diameter for your circle (down to the millimetre) and secure the positioner by tightening it again. The blade is retracted when not in use, for safety.
