  • HVAC Heater Hose Installation Cool & Drain: Let engine cool fully. Drain partial coolant to level below heater core connections. Remove Old Hose: Loosen clamps at both ends. Twist hose gently to break seal and pull off fittings without damaging them. Install New Hose: Match shape. Apply coolant to hose end for lubrication. Push firmly onto engine and heater core fittings. Secure & Refill: Position clamps 1/4" from ends and tighten. Refill cooling system with proper coolant mix. Bleeding & Test:
