It's also designed to protect you against PM 2.5 particles caused by wildfires, chemicals, vehicle exhaust emissions, etc. The filter features activated carbon balls in a unique honeycomb pattern which create an electrostatic field to assist in trapping harmful particles.
EASY INSTALLATION, OEM FITMENT - Installation of the I-Line Cabin Air Filter is quick and easy. Simply remove the OEM filter while noting the direction of flow and slide the new I-Line filter into place. Please note that with the filter installed you may notice a slight reduction in flow due to additional filtering. Ford recommends replacing the filter every 15,000-20,000 miles, or more frequently if you drive the vehicle off-road.
