If you're thinking about getting these because the waist on your pants are always loose, do it!! These are an absolute god send. If you're like me and your pants never stay up in the morning, but after a couple meals they're fitting right again, these are the perfect solution. I just stick one on and as I bloat throughout the day, I can adjust it or simply take it off. It's never left a noticable hole in my jeans and they've never torn them. I carry extras with me at all times, and I've given them away to a couple friends who use it all the time now. I will say, if you need to bring in the waist more than ~2 inches, it'll definitely look bunchy and a bit weird depending on the style of pants, but if they fit everywhere but the waist, it's perfect! They also come in every style and color you could need to go with any pair of pants, so you're set for life with these.
