Description

The AP03 12" to 16" Adjustable Cushioned 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Adapter #C5G1216 converts a trailer's kingpin to connect to a gooseneck hitch.The sliding collar with set screws allows height adjustment between 12 inches and 16 inches, measured from the top of the gooseneck ball to the kingpin plate.It is compatible with standard kingpin boxes on campers, RVs, and trailers.Not intended for use with cushioned-style kingpin boxes or trucks with beds shorter than 6 feet.Towing capacity is 20, 000 lb GVW with a tongue weight rating of 4, 000 lb.Features include 360-degree rotational movement plus vertical articulation, a coupler that accepts a padlock, and installation without drilling or welding.Designed to minimize wear on both trailer and vehicle.Compatible with vehicles using OE part number C5G1216.
