Description

Honey Wax 250 is the professional's choice for mold release. Compounded with the highest grade carnauba wax available, it delivers what composite fabricators need most: clean, reliable releases with a glossy, defect-free surface finish. Unlike economy-grade paste waxes made from hydrocarbon or microcrystalline wax blends, Honey Wax 250 uses premium carnauba as its base, providing a harder, slicker film that resists abrasion and holds up across multiple pulls. The result is fewer reapplications, less buffing time, and better-looking parts. Apply a thin coat with a clean cloth or applicator pad, allow to haze, then wipe and buff with clean cloths. Allow each coat to set for 15 minutes after buffing. Apply 5 to 7 coats on new or reconditioned tooling surfaces. For maximum release assurance, pair with a PVA parting film.
