First-Stage Filter Regulator: The adjustment knob regulates air pressure within a range of 0-240 psi; press the knob to lock. (5 Micron Filter) removes 95% of particles and moisture.
Second-Stage Coalescing Filter: 0.01 Micron Coalescing Filter removes 99.98% of residual moisture and impurities. The indicator light on top illuminates when replacement is required.
Third-Stage Desiccant Drying System: Drying beads inside the metal bowl thoroughly remove and dry moisture and impurities from the air. Tips: The drying beads inside the metal bowl changing color from blue to pink indicates replacement is required.
Complete Package:The compressed air dryer utilizes a three-stage filtration system to remove contaminants. Equipped with everything you need for operation, including a pressure gauge, air connectors, pipe fittings, replacement filter elements, desiccant beads, and thread seal tape.
Material: The air regulator and water separator are mainly made of aluminum alloy, which has a stronger and more stable structure, is corrosion-resistant, and can be used in harsh industrial environments for a long time without being easily damaged.
Port Size:This air dryer for compressor features two robust 3/4" NPT air ports and a 1/4" NPT gauge port, handling high-pressure environments (up to 240 PSI) for various industrial applications (Do not install horizontally).
Note: To prevent air leakage, please wrap the sealing tape around the threads appropriately before connecting the screws.
