[Installation] 1. Position the Mower: Tilt mower onto its side w/the cutting deck facing up. 2. Remove Deck Shield: Remove the deck shield/belt guard, mark the belt routing. 3. Remove the Old Belt/Pulley: Unhook the tension spring, Slip old drive belt off, remove old idler pulley. 4. Install the New Idler Pulley: Position the new, route the new belt, apply tension. 5. Manual Test: Rotate the blade by hand a few complete cycles to check for smooth operation and alignment.
