Description

IL-1 alpha, also known as IL-1A or IL1, is a cytokine belonging to the interleukin-1 family. Its mature amino acid sequence is conserved between 60% to 70% across species, with human IL-1 showing biological activity on murine cell lines. It exhibits metabolic and physiological properties, including hematopoiesis.
