This thru hull elbow is constructed out of white plastic. It measures approximately 4 5/8" L x 3 1/4" W x 2 3/8" Dia. overall. It requires an approximate 1 1/4" Dia. cutout and has a max panel thickness of 1 7/8". It has a 1 1/8" Dia. barbed hose connection.
