Terminal blocks are used to establish safe, detachable connections between PCB and external circuitry. The terminal connectors are made of premium PA66 (Nylon 66) material, which has excellent high temperature resistance, impact resistance, insulation, and chemical corrosion resistance. They also possess high strength and rigidity, enabling them to withstand certain pressure and impact without easily breaking or deforming.
Installation is simple, just loosen the screws with a screwdriver, insert the stripped wires, and then tighten the screws for a secure and shock-resistant connection. The pluggable interface allows for quick connection and disconnection, eliminating the need for soldering.
Before wiring, ensure the power is completely disconnected. Tighten the screws during installation to prevent loosening, but avoid over-tightening to avoid damaging the terminals or wires.
