This CLIA kit employs the Sandwich-CLIA method. It comes with a micro CLIA plate pre-coated with an antibody tailored to Rat ADAMTS13/VWFCP. Samples or Standards are added to the plate's wells, combining with the specific antibody. Subsequently, a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rat ADAMTS13/VWFCP and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added and incubated. Unbound components are washed away. Adding the substrate solution causes luminescence in wells containing Rat ADAMTS13/VWFCP, biotinylated detection antibody, and Avidin-HRP conjugate. The Relative light unit (RLU) value, measured at 425nm, correlates positively with Rat ADAMTS13/VWFCP concentration. By comparing the RLU value of samples to the standard curve, you can determine the concentration of Rat ADAMTS13/VWFCP in the samples.
