Description

This stable cell line, derived from a well-differentiated pancreatic adenocarcinoma, forms polarized epithelial monolayers with tight junctions and expresses high levels of E-cadherin, MUC1, and ZO-1. It's used to model intestinal-like epithelial differentiation in pancreatic cancer and can be employed for barrier integrity assays and trans-epithelial resistance (TEER) studies, growing in an adherent mode.
