This is a recombinant Cynomolgus/Rhesus macaque DKK1 protein, tagged with mFc, expressed in HEK293 cells. It has a predicted molecular weight of 51.42 kDa, migrating to 60-70 kDa on SDS-PAGE. With a purity of over 95% as confirmed by SDS-PAGE and HPLC, it also has a low endotoxin level of less than 1.0 EU per μg.
