C57BL/6-GFP Mouse Primary Dermal Epithelial Cells, sourced from Cell Biologics, are derived from the skin tissue of pathogen-free C57BL/6-GFP-Tg(CAG-EGFP)1Osb/J mice. These cells are cultured in gelatin-coated T25 flasks, incubated in Cell Biologics' Culture Complete Growth Medium for 3-5 days, then cryo-preserved in vials containing at least 0.5x10^6 cells per ml, delivered frozen. Our isolation method combines established techniques with proprietary innovations, involving EpCAM-1 (CD326) antibody pre-coating and magnetic bead application with secondary antibody.
