This 16-14 AWG insulated fork (spade) electrical connector is designed for secure, reliable electrical connections in automotive, marine, appliance, control panel, and industrial applications. Manufactured from tin-plated copper, it provides corrosion resistance, consistent conductivity, and long service life.

The fork (spade) design allows fast installation and removal without fully removing the screw or bolt, making it ideal for maintenance and serviceable wiring. This connector is intended for use with 16-14 AWG (1.5-2.0 mm2) stranded copper wire and is rated for 27 Amps at up to 600 Volts.

The connector features durable blue PVC insulation rated to 75C, helping protect against short circuits, vibration, and abrasion. The insulation may be removed if required for specific installations.

Crimping Instructions (Important):
With insulation installed, use a crimping tool designed for insulated terminals (blue 16-14 AWG die). If insulation is removed, use a crimping tool designed for bare (non-insulated) terminals. Using improper tools is a common cause of poor crimps - always perform a tug test after crimping.
