Fixed dock prevents sinking into the mud: The dock bottom plate provides stable support for wooden or aluminum docks by firmly fixing the dock leg pipe column base, preventing them from sinking into the mud; the 8-inch × 8-inch dock bottom plate has a large area, which can disperse pressure and enhance stability.
The new process forging heavy-duty fixed dock base gasket is safe and reliable, with an extremely sturdy structure and a thickened powder coating on the surface. The dock support is made of marine-grade No. 11 steel, which can not only provide excellent shock absorption but also effectively prevent cuts. It is rust-proof in both fresh water and marine environments.
Compatibility: The inner diameter of the dock base gasket is 2.1/8 inches (5.3 cm), suitable for round dock posts; the height of the dock pipe bracket is 4 inches, designed with 2 fixing screws to enhance stability; the fixed screws on the side of the dock bracket hardware can adapt to various pipe diameters.
Installation is simple: The dock base plate can be installed on sandy, muddy or rocky ground and river bottoms; Pass the floating dock legs through the base plate and extend them to the river bottom. Then, tighten the fixing screws to firmly fix the legs.
Important Notice: The industry standard labels the pipe diameter of the floating dock as 1.5 inches SCH 40, but the actual outer diameter is 1 7/8 inches. Before purchasing the floating dock base gasket, please make sure to check the diameter of the support leg pipe.
