【Premium Carbon Fiber Nylon Filament】 Inslogic PA12-CF filament combines 20% carbon fiber reinforcement with high-performance nylon 12, creating an exceptionally strong and rigid material ideal for aerospace, automotive, and industrial parts requiring metal-like strength without the weight.
【Extreme Heat & Wear Resistance】 Withstand continuous service temperatures up to 347°F (175°C) and high-friction environments. Our carbon fiber nylon filament outperforms PLA, ABS, and PETG in high-load applications, making it perfect for engine components, gears, and durable tooling.
【Superior Chemical & Moisture Resistance】 Excellent resistance to oils, fuels, and solvents. Featuring the lowest water absorption among nylons, PA12 filament ensures dimensional stability and precision in humid or demanding conditions, preventing warping and degradation.
【Engineered for Lightweight Performance】 Achieve high strength-to-weight ratio for functional prototypes and end-use parts. This lightweight carbon fiber filament is perfect for drones, robotic arms, automotive fittings, and any application where reduced mass and increased durability are critical.
【Recommended Print Settings】 For the best PA12-CF printing performance, dry the filament at 80-110°C for 4-6 hours before use. Print with a hardened steel nozzle at 260-280°C, set the build plate to 60-70°C, and keep the printing speed at 60-100 mm/s. For best results, use an enclosed 3D printer and apply glue to the build plate for better adhesion. For improved part strength and stability, anneal printed parts at 90°C for 12 hours, 110°C for 6 hours, or 130°C for 3 hours.
【Ready-to-Print & Reliable】 Every spool of Inslogic carbon fiber filament is pre-dried and vacuum-sealed with desiccant, guaranteeing optimal print quality and layer adhesion. Backed by our professional technical support and hassle-free warranty.
