⚠️ Critical Notes:

Min Input-Output Delta: ≥2V (e.g., 12V→min 14V output)
Heatsink Mandatory: >8A input or >60°C ambient

3. Common Issues & Solutions
Q1: Overheating at >180W output?

Fix: Mount 40×40mm aluminum heatsink + 12V cooling fan
Limit: Reduce current to 8A if temp >85°C
Q2: Cannot set constant current?

Error: Avoid short-circuit calibration! Use discharged battery/LED load
Fix: Rotate CC-ADJ30x CCW before setting target current
Q3: Output voltage drops unexpectedly?

Cause: Input >15A triggers overcurrent protection → Check for shorts or >12A load
Optimize: Use ≥40V input (e.g., 24V@10A=240W)
Q4: Relay buzzing/instability?

Solution:
Add 100μF capacitor at VIN+/-
Keep >10cm from motors/transformers
