Camu Camu (Myrciaria Dubia) is a small evergreen dense tree growing in the tropical forests of the Amazonian lowlands, along the banks of rivers, in Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Bolivia and Peru. The tree reaches a height of 3-5 m, blooms in small flowers with white wax petals. Leaves lanceolate-elliptic up to 20 cm long. The fruits are maroon or purple-black when fully ripe.
