The Cambro 20HPD150 H-Pan High Heat Drain Shelf ensures that food retains its flavor, texture and consistency during the steaming, reheating or hot holding process by keeping food elevated and away from grease drippings or other liquids. Liquids will drain directly into the high heat food pan below for easy disposal. Drain shelf can withstand temperatures from -40Ëš to 375ËšF (-40Ëš to 190ËšC), making them ideal for use in steam tables, microwave ovens and other hot holding units. Shelf is compatible with 1/2 size pans. Food pans are sold separately.
