Special Features

  • Simple to Use Peel Ply Release Fabric: The porous weave structure of this fabric absorbs excess resin during the curing process, making it an integral part of the vacuum bagging / infusion process. It is silicone coated, enabling it to come off the finished part with ease. Perfect for DIYers and professionals alike.
  • Versatile Uses: This peel ply is not only great for the vacuum bagging/ resin infusion process as it facilitates removal of "resin rich" conditions but also works for repairs to inhibit air. Used in the marine, auto, RC, aerospace and other composite industries.
  • No Sanding Necessary: This peel ply release fabric is designed to create stronger and lighter parts, conforming easily to complex shapes. It leaves an even woven impression on the surface, ensuring a desired roughness on the laminate. This even surface finish makes for simple bonding with gel coat.
  • Light Blue Peel Ply on a Roll: This film is functional during vacuum bagging, allowing excess resin and trapped air to seep through. Its light blue hue aids visibility during application. It comes rolled on a cardboard core. 30 feet by 60" width. 150 square feet.

Fiberglass Warehouse Peel Ply is an affordable, high quality peel-ply designed for marine, transportation and other F.R.P. products. The release agent treatment facilitates removal in “resin rich” conditions commonly found in resin infusion processing/ vacuum bagging. Our peel ply is easy to remove from most polyester, vinyl ester and epoxy resin systems.
