Instructions for Use:
1. Stopper up → Slide rubber cold-shrink handle wrap on rod, leave 0.5in gap; stretch to fit.
2. Push cold shrink handle cover down → Pull inner plastic strip tight.
3. For metal butt caps: Extend rubber cold grip to fully wrap & insulate.
