SECURE HANDS-FREE THROUGH-HOLE SOLDERING – The patent-pending SolderJaw CSJ-1 securely holds printed circuit boards and through-hole components in place using a conforming membrane. Components stay aligned while the assembly is flipped, allowing clean, controlled soldering without parts shifting, loosening, or falling out during assembly or reflow.
DESIGNED FOR THROUGH-HOLE COMPONENTS – Ideal for resistors, capacitors, pin headers, ICs, and other through-hole parts. The conforming top plate molds around components to hold them firmly, eliminating the need for bulky bench vises or unstable helping-hand soldering tools.
COMPATIBLE WITH STANDARD PCB SIZES – Sliding clamp system securely holds boards up to 4.75 x 2.75 inches and components up to 1 inch tall. The 0.75-inch thick conforming membrane adapts to up to 0.5 inches of height variation across components on the board.
DURABLE, HEAT-RESISTANT CONSTRUCTION – Constructed from lightweight anodized 5052 aluminum with carbon fiber reinforced ASA jaws and black oxide steel hardware. The high-temperature silicone conforming membrane withstands repeated contact with heated components during soldering.
FAST SETUP & REUSABLE DESIGN – Simple clamp, compress, and flip workflow speeds through-hole soldering and assembly. Silicone membrane pads are removable, replaceable, and reversible, making the CSJ-1 a long-lasting tool for electronics prototyping, repair, and small-batch production.
