  • BTR's No Springs Required version of their popular Stage 2 Truck LS Camshaft sacrifices only a slight amount of power from the original version, in exchange for the convenience of being able to reuse your factory valve springs and pushrods. Please note that if your engine has high mileage we would still recommend replacing the springs for best performance, in which case the original Stage 2 Truck camshaft would be an ideal option.
  • The Stage 2 grind is a popular choice for those looking to delete DOD/AFM, or just add some pep to your truck's step. With great power gains throughout the entire RPM range and OEM driving characteristics when tuned properly, this camshaft works well with stock torque converters. It has a noticeable lope at idle, but nothing too aggressive.

Optional Installation Gasket Kit: Includes Timing cover gasket, water pump gaskets, front crankshaft seal and new damper bolt Please Note: VVT engines will require a VVT conversion kit. If installing in an engine originally equipped with a 1-bolt camshaft, a 3 bolt conversion kit will be required. DOD/AFM engines will require a DOD conversion to install any aftermarket camshafts.
