Special Features

  • 3D Embroidery Option: By filling embroidery foam beneath the stitches, 3D effect can be added to patterns on hats or garments
  • 8"×12" Size: Capable of delivering 3D effects directly for large-scale embroidery projects, or applied to smaller embroidery designs through cropping
  • 8 colors: The foam design comes in 8 colors—black, white, red, yellow, blue, green, pink, and orange—which are common colors in sewing. When creating embroidery pieces, it's easier to find embroidery thread that matches the foam colors
  • 3mm thick foam: 3mm thick foam with medium firmness, suitable for most fabrics including denim, canvas, polyester, etc. Can be layered or cut as needed
  • Note: Foam embroidery products are machine washable. After embroidery is complete, use a hairdryer to heat the embroidered design, causing the foam to shrink and adhere more closely to the embroidery thread

1. This foam's color closely matches common embroidery thread shades, making it nearly imperceptible even when not fully covered during hand sewing.
2. When using, first secure the foam to the fabric with double-sided tape for positioning. During hand sewing, use positioning pins to hold it in place.
3. For optimal embroidery results, we recommend selecting foam colors similar to your embroidery thread.
