Full PCIe 5.0 x1 performance (32Gbps) requires all components to support PCIe 5.0: CPU, motherboard's PCIe slot, and M.2 NVMe SSD. Note: Intel 12th Gen and older CPUs do not support PCIe 5.0.
Plug-and-play compatibility with Windows 11/10/8, Linux, and macOS (Windows 7 is not supported). Note: New M.2 NVMe SSDs must be initialized and formatted for system recognition.
Supports OS booting from M.2 NVMe SSDs (UEFI boot only; legacy boot is not supported). Older motherboards may lack boot support, in which case the SSD can still function as a storage drive.
