Description

MTDELE 12Pcs IR Sensor IR Infrared Slotted Optical Optocoupler Module 3.3V to 5V Photo Interrupter Sensor Compatible with Arduino
IR Infrared Slotted Optical Optocoupler Module:Compatible with Arduino
Size:26*15*14mm
Voltage:3.3-5V
Products include:12Pcs IR Infrared Speed Measuring Sensor Module;10Pcs Connecting Wires
Output form: digital switch OUT output (0 and 1)
Note: for Arduino players should set the MCU's I/O port to input mode/receive mode, otherwise it cannot be used
Instructions:
1. Connect VCC and GND properly. The module's signal indicator will light up. When the module slot is clear, the receiving transistor conducts, and the module's OUT output is high. When blocked, the OUT output is low, and the signal indicator goes off.
2. The module's OUT can be connected to a relay to create a limit switch or other functions, or to an active buzzer to create an alarm.
3. The OUT output port can be directly connected to port 10 of the microcontroller. It is typically connected to an external interrupt to detect sensor obstructions. For example, if using a motor encoder, it can be used to detect motor speed.
Note: for Arduino users, the MCU's I/O port should be set to input mode/receive mode; otherwise, it cannot be used.
