  • CUTTING WITH THE GRAIN - Typical flush trim bits can produce tear-out. With the Flush Trim Base and a spoilboard bit, you're always working with the grain instead of against it.
  • FENCE SYSTEM INCLUDED - Set the fence for consistent overlap when trimming single- or double-edges. Use a bearing-guided bit for curved panels.
  • AMERICAN MADE QUALITY - Like all Woodpeckers products, each Flush Trim Base is built and carefully inspected in Strongsville, Ohio.

Description

Flush-trim edge banding faster, cleaner, and safer. The Woodpeckers Flush Trim Base turns your trim router into a precision edge-banding station, eliminating the wobble and risk that come with freehand trimming. Perfect for plywood panels, shelves, and solid-wood projects.

Stable Phenolic Platform: The 6" x 15" solid phenolic base gives your router a broad, balanced footprint. Over half the base rests on the panel surface, while the relieved mounting area clears anything up to 1/8" above the face—ideal for fine edge-banding work.

Three Trimming Methods:
Fence-Guided: Use the included fence for fast, repeatable trimming on shelves and panels with one or two banded edges.
Pilot-Bearing Bit: Follow curves, arcs, and irregular shapes with precision.
Freehand: Trim all sides of a panel continuously with a wider bit for perfect alignment.
Professional Results, Every Time: The Flush Trim Base works with most cordless and corded trim routers and 1½ hp models using the standard Porter-Cable three-screw pattern (see compatibility chart).

More Than Edge Banding: Ideal for trimming through-tenons, dowels, half-laps, bridle joints, and more—faster, safer, and cleaner than a block plane or power planer.
