Description

RP-L resistive varistor is a flexible film sensor whose resistance value decreases as the pressure acting on the sensing zone increases.
The single sensing zone sensor is equivalent to a dual-port variable resistor whose resistance value is controlled by pressure, and it is also equivalent to a switch with a certain threshold value, which is determined by the pressure and the equipment parameter setting.
RP-L flexible film pressure-sensitive sensor is composed of polyester film with excellent comprehensive mechanical properties, highly conductive materials and nano-scale pressure-sensitive materials. The top layer is a flexible film and a pressure-sensitive layer composite on it, and the bottom layer is a flexible film and composite on it Conductive circuit. The two are attached by double-sided adhesive tape and the sensing area is isolated. When the sensing region is compressed, the lines disconnected from each other at the bottom layer will be conducted through the pressure-sensitive layer of the top layer, and the resistance output value of the port changes with the pressure.
