Special Features

  • It is not compatible with transmissions that use a wedge-shaped torque converter cover.
  • Some minor notching may be required depending on the starter used or variations in your engine block.
  • Constructed from 10-gauge hot-rolled steel, this cover includes 3/8-inch mounting hardware for easy installation.
  • Designed for Domestic GEN I/II Large Bellhousing V-8/V6 engines. Please refer to our additional images for 4L60E bellhousing options. While GEN I/II transmissions were commonly used up to 1997, bellhousings may have been swapped, so please verify compatibility before purchasing.

Description

This kit is designed to cover the opening that is left when installing a older small black Chevy engine in front of a 4L60E that has a full bellhousing.
