Like their larger counterpart, the Minis feature a raised felt pad, are stackable and fade resistant. Acid-free and non-toxic, making them safe for various crafting applications. Made in USA.
  • WATER REACTIVE: Pads are a blend of dye and pigment inks, reacting with water to produce an oxidized effect. They create an oxidized effect when sprayed with water, making them ideal for layering, blending, and adding a unique, distressed look to various craft projects.
