  • Synchron 38572R Damper Replacement Blue Wire Motor for Ztech and Buetler applications - Motor turns right (clockwise rotation).
  • For recessed plenum applications, use of one each of the blue (38572R) and yellow (37944L) wire motors - one rotates right and one rotates left. Please make sure to inspect both motors you are replacing before ordering to ensure you are ordering the correct replacement motors.
  • Many Synchron motors look alike and have the same wire colors. Please double check that the motor you are replacing has the numbers 38572R stamped on it.
  • We carry damper replacement motors or kits for most applications. If you are unsure of the correct damper replacement motor or have questions, please message us via Amazon prior to ordering and we can identify the correct motor replacement for you.
  • These motors have a 1 year manufacturer warranty.

  • This Synchron motor is 24 volts, has long cross bars on either side of the round damper shaft for a total length (including the damper shaft) of 1.25" and a long "cuff" at the bottom of the damper shaft .63" in length. Other Synchron motors are 120 volts, have rectangular damper shafts, differing sized or no cross bars, and differing widths and lengths of "cuffs" at the bottom of the damper shaft. If your motor carries this part number, this will be the exact drop in replacement motor for your application. Mounts with two screws, not included. From RetroZone, Inc. where dampers are our only business. Many Synchron motors look alike, please ensure your motor (both the front and back) looks like the motor pictured. Motors turn right or left. Make sure the motor you are replacing turns to the right. Photo shows front and back of motor to better match replacement motor. Order contains 1 motor.
