The heavy-duty spring tension chain features 45 links of 3.8mm x 1-1/4". The 4-3/4" long chain will ensure proper tensioning, keeping the tire chains tight and properly aligned. It has five durable springs with hooks that effortlessly stretch out and connect to the tire chains tightly. You can rotate the spring as per the desired location (around the links) for even space distribution. Also, it can effortlessly withstand a load of up to 661 lbs.
For easy and quick installation, our spring-loaded chain tighteners feature a hook on each spring (crimped onto the arm ends), ensuring secure attachment.
The carabiner clip will secure the chain ends, creating a circle and reducing accidental disconnecting.

Position FIVE springs evenly for even tension.
One by one connect the spring end fitting to the snow tire chains' links. Connect each hook inside out, protecting the tire from a sharp edge.
Ensure all the hook attachments are fastened properly, limiting chain movement.
Regularly check for any slack and tighten if necessary.
