Description:
In most lenses, manufacturers provide a focusing mechanism that extends just a few millimeters, partly to keep costs low and partly to restrict the lens to the extensions for which their optics are optimized. To provide an additional extension, one or more extension tubes can be added between the camera and the lens, so that the lens focuses at closer distances and thus produces a greater magnification.

Functions:
This macro extension tube kit includes 3 extension tubes: 9mm, 16mm and 30mm adapters. The workmanship is excellent and the use of this configuration will not degrade the optical quality of the lens. This macro extension tube is used with a manual lens with an opening dial. Automatic lenses can only be used with maximum aperture. It can maintain clarity and saturation, but does not retain the automatic diaphragm. There is no electronic connection between body and lens. When this expansion ring is used with DSLR/SLR, you must set the camera to "M" mode.
