Charging indicators
Solid Green light - Battery not connected or Fully charged
Solid Red light - Charging
Red light blinks - Battery connected incorrectly
Solid Red first, then starts to blink - Battery defective.

VERY IMPORTANT
1. The charger can ONLY charge Ni-MH and Ni-CD battery! NOT Lithium (Li-ion) battery.
2. The charging indicator is on the adapter.
3. Make sure that your battery is among listed compatible models before purchase.
4. The charger and battery may become warm to touch while charging.

Troubleshooting for Battery not Charge
Possible Cause 1: The battery is not compatible with the charger.
Possible Cause 2: Charger not plugged into a working outlet.
Solution for Cause 2: A). Plug charger into a working outlet. B). Check current at receptacle by plugging in a lamp or other appliance. C). Check to see if receptacle is connected to a lights witch which turns power off when you turn out the lights.
Possible Cause 3: Surrounding air temperature too hot or too cold.
Solution for Cause 3: Move charger and tool to a surrounding air temperature of above 40 degree F or below 105 degree F
