The DS 4000x4 2 Ohms has 4 channels of 1000 Watts RMS that can be bridged. The Frequency Response (Full Range) is 8Hz ~ 20KHz (-3dB). The crossover High Pass 90Hz (-12dB/8th) Fixed; Low Pass 90Hz (-12dB/8th).
The Positive/Negative power supply cable is 1/0 AWG. The output cables wire gauge is 11 AWG and the remote cable is 18 AWG. For Protection fuse or circuit breaker please use 160A.
Short-circuit Protection: Shutdown the amplifier when detect a short- circuit or impedance lower than the supported at the output
The connector terminal (+) must be connected to the battery's positive pole with a 10mm² (minimum) wire gauge. The connector terminal (-) must be properly connect to the battery's negative pole with a same wire gauge.
The amplifier automatically restart after some above protection event; If the amplifier is restarted 5 times without restart success, then protection is permanently activated, until the problem is solved.
