The sliding buckle allows continuous adjustment without fixed sizing holes. Tighten or loosen the band as needed for different activities. It fits upper-arm circumferences of approximately 8.7 to 15.7 inches, or 221 to 399 mm. Measure the exact wearing area before ordering.
