User Manual 1. Preparation - Inspect the Lighter: Ensure the exterior is intact and free from damage. - Fill Butane Gas: This is essential for ignition. - Prior to first use: Empty any residual gas inside the lighter using a small tool. - Refill: Fill the lighter with high-quality butane gas until it is fully charged. 2. Operation Steps - Adjust the Flame Valve: - Locate the flame adjustment wheel. - Warning: Do not set the valve to the maximum or minimum positions. - Recommended Setting: Adjust the wheel to the middle position for optimal performance and safety. - Ignition: Press the ignition button firmly to light the flame. 3. Troubleshooting If your lighter fails to ignite, please check the following three points: 1. Check Gas Supply - Is the tank empty? Refill with butane gas. - Is there residual air? First, purge the old gas, then refill with fresh butane. - Basic Rule: Always ensure the lighter is fully filled with butane before each use. 2. Check Flame Valve Adjustment - Setting Too High: If the valve is at the maximum point, airflow is excessive, causing the flame to flicker or extinguish. - Setting Too Low: If the valve is at the minimum point, there is insufficient gas pressure, preventing the lighter from igniting. - Solution: After filling, wait a few minutes for gas pressure to stabilize. Then adjust the valve to the middle position before igniting. 3. Check Gas Quality - Use High-Quality Gas: Always use high-grade butane gas. Low-quality gas contains impurities that can clog the nozzle and block ignition.
