Important Reminder – Our freeze tray for rolled ice cream works as a single‑batch cold bank. After each use, the tray must be re‑frozen before making another batch. Do not pour warm liquids directly onto the tray – always use pre‑chilled ingredients for a smooth, fast ice‑rolling experience.
