ScrambleClip attaches to the 1-Inch square front vertical golf cart strut. The 3/4-inch insert allows you to use the ScrambleClip on older 3/4-Inch golf cart struts. Does not require a magnet or spring clamp. Simply attach the clip and place your stick (suction cup end up) into the circular open end of the stick holder.
