DZQ Dual Propane Forge, 2 Burner Metal Melting Kiln for Blacksmithing, Blade Heat Treating, Casting, Forging Larger Workpieces, with Refractory Cement and Fire Brick
Cement for Three Uses: The cement has three main uses: casting a seamless lining during initial setup to improve chamber seal, adding thickness to high-heat and high-wear areas such as the burner port and floor to extend their service life, and patching cracks or spalling later on to restore performance.
Dual Burner Control: The two burners can be adjusted separately, allowing you to set different temperatures for the front and rear of the chamber. This is useful for multi-stage processes such as preheating, heating, and soaking.
Larger Heating Area: The dual-burner layout expands the effective heating zone. You can process multiple small to medium workpieces at the same time or provide ample heat for larger pieces.
Even Heat Distribution: With two burners and a square chamber, heat is distributed more evenly across the forging area. Long workpieces receive consistent temperature from end to end, resulting in more stable forging quality.
Brick & Cement Combo: One refractory brick is included for the floor, and the cement provides a reliable heat-resistant base along with flexible options for ongoing maintenance.
