The secret to its sleek profile is the highly machined notch filters integrated into the vertical aluminum mast. These traps automatically block or pass specific RF frequencies, allowing the antenna to physically remain at 18.5 ft while electrically resonating on the 40m, 20m, 15m, and 10m bands.

While horizontal antennas require over 60 ft of clear aerial space, the GP4 vertical radiator focuses its footprint on the ground. Install it on a flat rooftop, a compact backyard, or securely mount it on an open-sky apartment balcony bracket (minimum 18.5 ft vertical clearance required).

RADIALS REQUIRED: This ground plane antenna will not work without radial wires (not included).
TUNING THE SWR: Achieve a perfect TUBE JOINTS & SECURE FASTENING: The pre-drilled holes are for factory alignment. Secure the joints with the included screws for a reliable, removable assembly, or apply the provided pop rivets for permanent, deep reinforcement if installing long-term in stormy environments.
